I like the chair—so far, so good. It looks great and is lighter than I expected, which made setup easier. I still need to spend more time using all the features, but my initial impression is very positive. The Bluetooth speaker isn’t extremely loud, but the sound quality is good and it works well. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and look forward to getting more use out of it.. Douglas. Merrimack, NH. Tue Jun 23 2026

So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. I tried it out immediately without setting any specific functions. I just went with what it was set at. Aaaah!! Wonderful!! I can't wait to try all of the features!! Reviews that I read before buying this chair were, for the most part, favorable. Some folks took issue with the foot massager compression being too tight. It was a bit snug. I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. You can improve on these areas above the massage chair would be so much better.. May. Mississauga, ON. Mon Aug 24 2026
