I’m torn about this product… the good qualities are great, but the bad qualities are super lame. Assembly was easy enough for one person. The vacuum sealed packaging method was effective and impressive - the cushions easily tripled in size after opening. The couch cushions are comfy but very bouncy which is weird. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort.
