This couch is comfortable. Just hope the cushions expand a bit more. Maybe they will in time. Who knows we will see but for now it’s nice and I like it. Kind of cheap and tacky. We had originally ordered it for our bedroom, but quickly moved it downstairs to our basement. It was quite hard to put together, one of the sides didn’t fit right and it took my husband and his friend over an hour. It’s also quite firm. I was a little nervous ordering the sofas sight unseen. One of the reasons I bought this particular sofa is because of the way they’re made. The eight way hand tied spring design is said to be the most durable, extending the longevity of the sofas. The delivery guys and I were a little confused when we first unpackaged them because the cushions were so large we thought they wouldn’t look right on the frame but once they put the slip covers on, it all came together beautifully. I love the partial down fill in the cushions as well. I could not be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend the “white glove” delivery, it was a lot of work trying to get the humongous cushions into the covers and the guys took such care of my new sofas! The perfect size, so comfy! The pillows and back cushions are so squishy with down. But the seat cushion is more firm - more foam than down. The only down side to this couch is the smell. I believe it’s the down in the couch but the scent is kind of muskymusty. I have had to spray it several times with fabric refresher.
