This is a nice looking bench. All that had to be done to assemble was to screw in the legs…..SO easy. The fabric is a boucle with a nubby texture. The gray color is very pretty. The item is nice looking, but for how expensive it is, I thought the quality would be better. I give zero stars for the customer service experience with purchasing this item. The price dropped significantly the day after I bought it, but they would not allow me to cancel the order and purchase a new one for the lower price. They told me I would have to wait for the item to be delivered and then ship it back to return it and purchase another one. Absolutely ridiculous.
