The item is nice looking, but for how expensive it is, I thought the quality would be better. I give zero stars for the customer service experience with purchasing this item. The price dropped significantly the day after I bought it, but they would not allow me to cancel the order and purchase a new one for the lower price. They told me I would have to wait for the item to be delivered and then ship it back to return it and purchase another one. Absolutely ridiculous. This will be the last time I purchased anything from Wayfair.. Gina. Thu Feb 12 2026
