I really love this couch and I’m so happy I got it. I have everything in my living room like a dark gray or black and brown leather so this is a perfect fit perfect edition matches well it’s fake leather but it’s something that’s adorable enough for pets and I have pretty big dogs, but they don’t poke through it and it’s also because it’s leather of fake leather. It’s waterproof so I don’t have to worry about if somebody has an accident on it. It would not get soaked in. I’ll be able to wipe it off easily, I put it together myself. It was maybe a a few hours. Of work and I’m very happy with this.. Lisa. Grand Prairie, TX. Thu Oct 08 2026

One of the most gorgeous pieces in my home. I get compliments on it all the time, and personally love it so much as well. Although it is listed as a "lovseat," in my opinion it is a regular sofa size for older furniture styles/sizes. It serves as the main sofa in my small studio space, and is very comfortable. If you are a "sofa person" who spends LOTS of time on your couch, this might not be a good choice, but for company and chilling for a couple hours at a time, it is great. A statement piece. Seems well made, fairly light fir one person to move around. Highly recommend.. Adela. Washington Dc. Wed May 22 2024

The sofa itself is great. The bulk delivery service and the ownership of wayfairs relationship with them is inexcusable. I work for a living as Im sure most due. I have to arrange to be off which I did three separate times. I paid for full service delivery and assembly. The first time was auto canceled the same day of the scheduled delivery time because service wasnt available Why did the system let me book it The next time I booked a window of 2 to 4. The day of they sent a message that delivery would be at 8 to 11. I was not home. Not what I asked for. So reschedule again. I got off the whole day for this past Monday for delivery 2 to 4. At 330 I called. They said delivery attempt made and I wasnt home. I have security cameras. No one approached my home. They also never called or text 30 minutes prior on that day. I asked to speak to a manager. They had to call me back. I got a supervisor not a manager. I told him that when people arrange for furniture delivery it is because they do not have that piece of furniture anymore. Im sitting on the floor. I cant wait another week because your company chose the wrong partnership. I need the sofa now. His reply is if I chose to cancel I would get a restocking fee. Totally inexcusable. Why would you even say that to a customer that is getting the run around I had to call work and switch schedules again to receive two days later. I told him if it is not here in the promised time frame I will call back. It arrived in the time frame but why did it take so many phone calls and why did they try to make me feel like I was wrong. I paid 2k for a couch with assembly and full service. Horrible experience. I would only buy non bulk furniture from wayfair. Like pillows or kitchen items, never furniture. That bulk delivery service is a joke. Never lie to your customers. Own it. James. Kissimmee, FL. Fri Sep 17 2021
