I’m happy with this purchase. Assembly wasn’t difficult, but I highly recommend having your own ratcheting multitool for the screws attaching the frame to the desktop. We just assembled the desk in 5 minutes, not counting the unboxing. Because it’s quite heavy and we’re in our 70’s, we asked our adult children to help lift it out of the box. After assembly great looking desk. My 15 year old son assembled in about 2 hours. He took his time but had no difficulty. The desk was bought for him. There was small scratch/indention on top hutch. Came out box with scratch. I had seen reviews about the drawers not closing and such. The top drawer does have difficulty closing. It goes about halfway in and stops,I am not wanting to push it hard. Cute desk. Took several hours to assemble. I wish the instruction would have descriptions rather than just pictures. Don't use power tools. The hardest part to follow was the railings for the drawers, I got some of them backwards and had to fix when I got to the drawer assembly.
