Purchased two of these, they arrived quickly and were extremely simple to assemble. One stays in position very well when reclined, the other tends to tip back up too easily. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. The chairs are very beautiful and look very elegant. However, they do have some flaws. The sides did come with some leather damage. The legs had some nicks, and the back flap looks unfinished when the back is exposed to view. In my opinion the back could use some extra velcro to lay the flap flat against the chair. That takes away from the quality of this elegant chair, hence why I gave it a 4. This order also had some extraordinary delays in delivery. So, we had to wait more time than expected. Then upon delivery they had the damages I described were found. At the present time I am waiting to hear from the seller to see what can be done. I will post an update. Very minimal assembly but it’s heavy, so much easier with two people. The color is exactly as depicted online and is gorgeous in person. The electrical recline is slow but really takes you into a comfortable, full recline. Added bonus is the charging USB port next to controls. Highly recommend and would definitely purchase again..
