Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean.
