Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. This couch is exactly what I’d hoped for! It is the perfect size for my home office and the hideaway bed allows me to have an extra guest room when the need arises. It is firm, but comfortable to sit on. The mattress is decent as these kinds of beds go. I think I’ll add a foam pad for more comfort. I got the sofa bed in beige faux leather with cherry legs. I have not tried sleeping on it, and it is quite solid to sit on, but it is nonetheless exactly what I needed. I wanted to convert my son's old room into a den/guestroom that could accommodate him on his infrequent visits home (a regular sofa might have made him feel unwelcome and displaced) or that could accommodate the occasional overnight guest without encouraging them to linger too long. This sofa is the perfect size to create a reading corner amidst a wall of books, while still providing reasonable sleeping accommodations for 1-2 guests. I am very pleased. I looked far and wide before finding anything in a pale beige faux leather (I am vegan and dislike large dark sofas). The couch sets a beautiful aesthetic. It is comfortable as a couch, but not as a bed. It feels like sleeping on a table top. I was pleasantly surprised that it looks like a standard couch because this does not always happen for futons. It was extremely easy to assemble.
