It doesn’t look like in the picture. When I sleep all the cushions move out of place including the wheels that expands the bed. Not what I expected. Called customer service to get a refund and it hanged up my calls several times. The refund policy is to return it the way it came. After several hours assembling this item, now I have to unscrew everything and put them in the boxes I already threw away and will be charge more for the refund. Extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order I received. As an Interior Designer and Architect working on high-end residential and commercial projects, I can confidently say the quality of this piece is unacceptable in every way and would never be approved for a residential professional project setting. Specifically, I have noted the following issues: - Fabric Quality: The material is very low quality and does not match the representation on your website. - Cushions: They are significantly underfilled and do not look as portrayed online. Furthermore, the cushions and the base are noticeably different shades. - Craftsmanship: There is poor stitching with loose threads on the side pillows, and the overall construction feels cheap. - Design Flaws: There are visible casters protruding from the front of the piece. This item is a complete misconstruction from the manufacturer, and I believe Wayfair should not be carrying products of this caliber.. Monica. Miami, FL. Thu Mar 19 2026
