I really like the service you provided for assembling my sofa. The gentleman was not well very ersed in English, but he brought a translator device which made communicating pretty easy. The one thing that was a little disappointing. I know that you stated in your assembly instructions that the the boxes would not be taken away. I would have to think twice about doing this again because I had to cut up all the boxes and papers and stuff and I am not real physically capable of doing that with ease right now and I’m by myself so if they had taken away the boxes, it would’ve been great instead of spending all night cutting them up so they would fit in my trash cans, But everything else went well and I will just give it some deep thought and weigh the pros and cons next time. I was hesitant to order as I usually go by the reviews, and no one had reviewed this yet. I'm happy to be the first to report this Reclining Loveseat is high quality and exactly as pictured. Its motion operation is whisper quiet and it's very comfortable. The size is more of a smaller couch than a loveseat size. It fits perfectly in the space I wanted it for.
