UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. I’m personally not a fan of matching pillows on a sofa so I moved mine to other chairs. They are wonderful! I highly recommend this sofa!. Marisa. Albuquerque, NM. Thu Sep 03 2026

As part of a modular system, this piece is designed to grow with you, allowing you to expand and reconfigure your layout over time.

We bought this seat to add to the sectional we just bought to elongate the sectional set. It's nice that I we could customize the sofa more. All the pieces came for the sectional in great condition with no tearing etc. However there were three pieces, this chair included where there were small manufacturing defects with the locking systems. Like a clamp screwed in the wrong place or the wrong connector placed in a specific spot. This chair was missing a metal connector piece. We are still in the process of getting a hold of the manufacture to remedy these locking system issues. Other than these issues, we really like the couch. Very firm and will hold its shape well. Chenille fabric is very durable and washes great. We have little kids and I've been able to wipe off things very well. The chair backs are perhaps a little low for my husband but I feel supported and I am 5'4". We got the blue color and it is much lighter in person than the photos as a warning. The listing pictures have this as being a deep navy but it is definitely more of a cobalt blue-warmer tone blue if you have a well lit room. If this were in a basement with less natural light than I think it would look much darker. Overall, I would say I am impressed by the material and the firmness of the cushions for durability but for the price we paid I think the manufacturing issues are frustrating and I hope they resolve everything.. Hannah. Kansas City, MO. Fri Aug 28 2026

The Serta Copenhagen 78-inch rolled arm sofa combines classic comfort with a streamlined profile for everyday living. Easy-care fabric, loose pillow-back cushions, and supportive construction make it a practical choice for living rooms, apartments, offices, and family spaces.

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Mon Sep 21 2026

Couch is nice, comfortable and appears to be well built. Deliver time was ridiculous and delivery company was a bad joke, dumped it off in front yard leaning against railing box all beat up not in room of choice.. Anonymous. Rutland, VT. Tue Jul 28 2026

As part of a modular system, this piece is designed to evolve with you, giving you the flexibility to expand and reconfigure as your space grows.

A really good couch. The individual sections lock into one another - unlike many shipped sofas these days. Assembly is easy and couch went together in under an hour. You basically attach the arms and back pieces via sliding pieces into one another. It's on the firmer side. Like that it's not super deep though. Height is very low, legs have it almost on the ground - so there's no storage underneath. One downside is t he material does look more like a corduroy - which wasn't clear in photos or description. But overall a good couch!. Lucas. Lubbock, TX. Thu Jul 16 2026

I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.. Elyse. The advanced cushioning system, featuring sinuous springs, offers a perfect balance of softness and support. Slipcovered for a classical, modern look, this sofa seamlessly blends with any living room decor, creating a cozy haven for relaxation, naps, or gatherings with loved ones.

The couch looks great and fits nicely in the space, but it’s not as comfortable as I expected. The cushions feel a bit firm and don’t provide much support for longer sitting. While the design and fabric seem good quality, it’s better for appearance than everyday lounging. Overall, it’s a stylish piece, just not the most comfortable option.. Michael. Massapequa, NY.
