When the packages arrived my husband put together the couch before we realized we were “missing” the back cushions and throw pillows. I called and spoke to two different representatives where I was able to order replacement parts although they were on backorder. I later found out through someone at the company that the pillows were stored inside the arm rests of the chair under a hidden Velcro compartment. Apparently this is in the directions but it is listed under parts and not under the steps and was easily missed by my husband. Please look in the arms if you think you’re missing something! We appreciate the phone call from the wayfair employee to explain this to us! All in all we find the chair very comfy and are happy with it! Plenty of room to snuggle up. I’ve had these sofas for a year and I’m just now able to do a review so I can better tell you what I think about them. I love them! Granted they are high maintenance, but if you don’t mind that then they’re worth the purchase. By that I mean, you have to fluff the cushions after you’re done sitting because if not the sofa looks sloppy. A typical cloud structured piece. As far as the fabric I got the color Bevin Natural, but it looks like it isn’t available anymore so I’m glad I got it when I did. However, this color has a rough textured fabric and I wish I had opted for a softer one. That would be my only complaint. But the sofa is still comfortable. It’s also huge and the seating is deep. Perfect for lounging. I saw a few reviews about their sofas peeling, but I haven’t ran into that issue after a year. If you do just use a fabric shaver. It’s a common problem. Not just with these. Mine still look almost brand new and I’m very happy with them so far. 9 out of 10, definitely recommend. That one point was because of the maintenance. *When they were delivered one sofa was missing the legs, but Wayfair got them to me immediately with no problem. Customer service was great.. Nikki.
