So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. I had someone set it up. I live in an apartment and the couch came in two separate boxes. Be aware! I live alone so I had to enlist a random person to help me bring it to my apartment because we don’t have an elevator. Once the couch was set up it was exactly as advertised. It’s comfortable and not too low for me.. Adriene. Magnolia, NJ. Sat Oct 24 2026
