This product is praised for its attractive appearance, soft material, and great value for the price. Customers have mixed opinions about comfort, noting that the cushions are very firm and supportive, though some experienced uneven rebounding and alignment issues. Assembly also receives mixed feedback, as it is time-consuming, requires multiple people, and can involve mislabeled parts or unclear instructions.
