I love the couches, they perfected our dining space. Not easy to build and sometimes the arms/back get a little wiggly so you need to keep the parts to tighten it up. I like the look of the red mahogany, but the plugs they include to cover the bolt holes look so much worse than the empty holes, their color doesn't match at all. We ordered this in the 82" Palermo Drift leather and it's beautiful. The color is a bit lighter than it appears in the product photos. One of the reasons I suspect is due to the bloom that developed. I'm not sure if it occurred during shipping or sitting in a warehouse, but there is a dusty look that is indicative of leather blooming. This type of leather is susceptible to it and it does make it look a bit aged. I'm not sure how I feel about it and will likely try to buff it to see if it improves. It also easily shows scratches. Aside from that, it is incredibly comfortable and is the perfect height for our Colin live edge dining table. The product info indicates it seats 3, but our whole family of 4 fit with room for another person or two. It's super spacious and is perfect in our great room. This is a wonderful bench. I needed something to fit under my window and it is ideal. It is not the most comfortable without adding the lumbar support pillow, and it is more of a place to sit upright than to kick back in. The piece that lifts up so you can access the cavity for storage is very heavy so I don’t actually open it that often. This bench is perfect for my needs, I wanted extra seating for a superbowl party, but didn’t want the discomfort of folding chairs. The seat is a little taller than my kitchen chairs, but wide enough for two full adults, the back feels sturdy enough that you can actually lean on it.  It is firm and not very cushioning, but I am very happy with it.  Assembly required a phillips head screwdriver in addition to the allen key that it came with.
