The product is good, just not aesthetically great. It’s truly aesthetics only. The delivery drivers assembled it for me and the Serta cushions create a firm but comfortable loveseat /full bed. The “trundle” below the seat slides out allowing the 3rd section of bed to be accessed. I’m not a fan of the fabric loops, and tuck them into the closed trundle. Please consider re-engineering this to increase the aesthetics. Based on my desire for the best experience of my guest, I ordered high end full size sheets. I was surprised that the size of the convertible bed is smaller than a full size mattress. The bed is large enough,… and the “few inches off” isn’t a huge deal, just an annoyance. The boulce fabric I chose may not wear well. I hope I’m wrong. If the fabrics and colors were all available, I would have chosen the smooth leather like fabrics in a dark color.
