We felt like we were taking a risk with mixed reviews but we love it. It’s heavier than you would think and the fabric is soft and the memory foam is great so far. I let the memory foam rise for 2 days flipping it periodically and it seemed to inflate fully since the cover was tight when we wrestled it on afterwards. I spent two days spraying scotch guard on all the fabric since we have kids and animals and it did not discolor it like it would on cheaper fabrics. Our packaging was severely torn up in shipping which made me worry but there was no missing hardware and everything was fine after unpacking. Really happy with the price and the quality, we weren’t trying to burn 4000 for a couch we use and abuse everyday so this was a win.. Anonymous. Mon May 05 2025

This couch works wonderfully. I just got it to use as a secondary bed for guests. It’s very comfortable and spacious. There are two issues I have with it however 1. It was very time consuming to put together (and I am very practiced with this type of furniture building) 2. The main seat pillow is slightly too small for the base. I had to put a large blanket behind it (and under the backrests) so that the seat pillow does not slide around or fall out the back (see last photo). Anonymous. Sun Jun 22 2025

Love this couch. It took two hours with two people to put together, but very easy to do so. Cushions fluffed up real quick. I recommend opening the cushions to let them puff up while you are putting together the couch. I ran an iron over cushions quickly, a few days later to clean up any residual packaging wrinkles.
