The Navay collection features fresh, clean looks with its off-white, ecru-colored body fabric contrasted by stylish, black patterned accent pillows. Black solid wood legs continue the stylish contrast of light and dark to the floor. While the style was top of mind in designing the Navay collection, comfort is always our priority. The seating is constructed with 50+ individually pocketed coils in each seat encased in foam, topped with a layer of cool gel-infused memory foam, and wrapped in a layer of synthetic fiber. This creates a comfortable and supportive seat that will last much longer than traditional foam-only seating. The frame is constructed with Steel-Tech framing which adds support to the framing structure and keeps the high tension sinuous springs from warping or pulling free from the frame.

In giving it a 5 because it is nice and comfortable and customer service was very good. Changed to a 1 cause it's already breaking down. So disappointed.. Christy. Eddyville, KY. Sun May 19 2024

A flirty little sofa that has style and finesse, all at 80" long! It features flared, rolled sock arms, attached back pillows, and curved wedge legs. Crisp welting and plush cushioning make this piece a great marriage of sophistication and comfort. Also available are the matching loveseat, chair, and ottoman.

This is a very nice couch at a very reasonable price. The cushions are firm (in a good way), and the fabric has a tight-enough weave that it'll likely hold up to pets. It appears to be solidly-built, and I would expect this to last 15+ years if you don't abuse it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the condition of the sofa was not what I was expecting. I would typically not lower a review rating based on shipping issues, but I believe that the damage (nothing major but very annoying) would be likely to occur for anyone ordering this sofa based on my packaging and shipping observations. The problem is that the sofa is shipped on its legs - not palletized or with slides. Of course, there were indications that somewhere along its journey, people slid it around on its legs. It was missing 3 of 4 feet, had scuffing on the legs, and had a small tear in the underside dustcover. While I would love to have this sofa in new condition, I cannot recommend ordering it for delivery because there is too great a chance that it will arrive in less-than-new condition. Wayfair customer service addressed the issue, but I am ultimately not happy with this purchase.. James. Reno, NV. Fri Jun 18 2021

This sofa has a lot of styles, it has room for the whole family. It features 3-seats, 3 loose pillow backs, and 5 accent pillows, along with turned legs and a set-back paneled roll arm. Made well and lovely in appearance, but not very comfortable. Definitely not worth the wait. It is very high for an average size person, and the back cushions stick out much too far, making it difficult to scoot back onto the sofa. Its almost impossible for a standard size adult to sit sideways with legs elevated without hanging over the cushion edge. I cannot recommend this product.. Gwen. Los Angeles, CA. Fri Apr 15 2022
