It is very easy to assemble. While sitting on it, it is firm which I like it. Little disappoint is, it's small in width in sense of sit position. Great construction and really good sofa. Feels very comfortable and the fold out bed is also very sturdy. Only downsides would be that it is a really wide sofa with just 2 seats instead of 3 and the fact that the mattress is a little thin to allow to fit into the enclosure. It's just what I was looking for. I needed to get the largest pull out sleeper possible with taking up the least amount of space and this did both. HOWEVER, The black is not black at all, thankfully that worked for me but if you want black you won't be happy. It's a brown and gold combo. It's also not faux leather, but a cotton or something like that. Additionally, the price lowered by $130 before I even received it and Wayfair told me that they wouldn't credit me the difference.
