The living room set itself seems okay, but the process of receiving it from Wayfair has soured my look on it. I had to have delivery people twice at my house to collect the delivered furniture because they were broken. After sitting for close to a month without living room furniture, I was told the replacement had been cancelled so I looked for other furniture. To my surprise, over a month after my initial order, my furniture arrived. After contacting Wayfair, I was billed the full price for the furniture. I was told that if I wanted a discount for the over a month long inconvenience, I would have to return the furniture and reorder it - only then would I be eligible even for a 10 cents discount. This whole process has been a nightmare, as evidenced by my scratched doorway, trampled and wrinkled carpet, and living room set that puts me a bad mood every time I look at it.. Chinwe. US. The sofa is really great. The delivery company - not so much. My delivery was delayed twice and I finally got it the third time. The first delay had no reason listed, just rescheduled for 3 days later. The second delivery window, I received the AI phone call that morning and took the day off work to wait. The delivery instructions stated to call me so I could meet them at the gate and their AI was given the same instruction when it called. Somehow it was rescheduled stating that the place was closed. There was no call from the driver and I was home waiting about two minutes from the gate. Very frustrating to waste a whole day of PTO for nothing. The reschedule was 3 more days later and this time I sat out by the gate for two and a half hours to make sure. The actual delivery that day went smoothly and the driver and helper were both professional, courteous and efficient. Overall happy with purchase just don’t know if I’ll ever order again if it requires delivery.. Timothy. Phoenix . Az. Sun Sep 06 2026
