okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. Overall I would give this a 4 star! love the vibe it brings to my apartment it fit perfectly with how small my living room is.. B Collins. Destin Fl. Sun Aug 09 2026

This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. Aside from that, we’re really happy with the couch and love how it looks in our space.. Whittney. Tennessee. Fri Feb 20 2026

The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. They can be removed and used as floor cushions too. Very versatile ottoman and perfect size for our oversize chair.. Lona. Nassau County Ny. Sat Dec 06 2025

Received our new sofa in a matter of two days! It was packed in two very heavy boxes. The color is darker than the advertised pictures, which is what I was hoping for! It’s more of a forest green rather than a dusky green. It is quite low contrary to my old sectional, so I will order higher feet to raise it and make it look less like a toy sofa. Quality of the fabric seems good. Will probably need to scotch guard it. Durability of the sofa is still to be determined. It is super lightweight and can be moved around easily by one person. It took my very handy husband about thirty minutes to put together by himself. Would’ve taken me alone a couple hours most likely. Overall amazing for an amazing price and super speedy delivery!. I like this couch its very soft material like a silky seal blanket the color is dark black it appears differently in the photo because of the sunlight coming through the window the cup holders are a nice feature USB port is nice also I couldnt get it to go in the hole all the way so Im going to be working on that the only reason I gave it four stars is because theres not much back support.
