Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive.
