For the price I paid (~$700) I think it's fine. Definitely not incredible but totally adequate. I would be careful if you have any weight limit concerns since the platforms each cushions rest on have a tendency to fall. The fabric is lovely and cushions are comphy but firm. This is a great little couch, I needed one to fit a small space and this one is cute and high quality. The cushions are on the firm side but it makes it keep the shape nicely and it is comfortable to sit on. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, but for anyone who struggles assembling items like me, the tools and legs are in the zipped underside of the seat and the zipped underside of the ottoman (I couldn’t find them for a bit). Great couch so far. Delivery was on time and the pieces were packaged very securely. I was able to build both pieces of the sectional in a couple hours. I took one star off because of the color not being true to pictures. I ordered the Beige, which in pictures looks like a cream yellow brown color. I really didn’t know what to expect from a couch delivered in 2 boxes. Well, I must say I’m rather impressed. It shipped quick and well packaged. Directions were simple. 2 people under 30 minutes from the time I took to empty the boxes, unwrap and put it all together. The back cushions were vacuum sealed and I believe it said to allow 72 hrs for them to reach their fullness. Back cushions could be a little more full, perhaps can be filled. Still comfy though. Seat cushions are firm and comfy. Couch can be set up left or right chaise. I would consider a Velcro under the chaise so that I doesn’t lift up if you’ve decided not to reverse the chaise.
