Very easy to assemble, and very sturdy once everything is put together. The plastic nubs on the bottom of the chair make for easy sliding on my area rug. I think my only hangup was the quality of the actual key ends of the Allen keys provided with the hardware. The edges were uneven or flared out which made fitting them into the screws a little difficult. Would suggest having an Allen wrench set on hand just in case you have issues. Outside of that I’m incredibly pleased with these chairs.. Candace. Pennsylvania. Wed Oct 21 2026

Line study. This solid wood dining chair balances mid-century clarity with sculptural restraint. A slatted back and tapered legs create visual rhythm, while the matte black finish grounds the form. The contoured seat offers comfort without excess. Crafted from sturdy, solid oak wood, it’s built for daily use but styled for permanence. No upholstery, no fuss – just clean lines and quiet confidence. It pairs easily with natural woods, dark metals, or minimalist tables – a modern essential with nothing extra.

Love these chairs! I originally bought another popular chair from this brand, but the chairs stuck out so far from the table. This chair gives a similar feel, but the back/arms do not interfere with the table, so passing behind the chairs is no problem. The back on this one is also much more comfortable. Works well for my height (5'4") and my husband (6'2"). The seat is nice and wide and isn't so deep that it cuts into the back of you knees. We use these in both our dining room and kitchen so they get a lot of use. They wipe clean easily, which is a necessity with young kids! I love the woodgrain look, too. The only reason I deducted a star is because sometimes they get a little wobbly. You just retighten the screws and it's fine, but still something to consider. Otherwise we have been super happy with these!. Anna. Tue Sep 22 2026
