Is it possible for an inanimate object to truly embody the essence of a yogi? To possess strength and harmony simultaneously? To effortlessly stand in the face of the seemingly impossible and make it’s own reality? Ultimately balance is the beating heart of this chair. Balance is what makes geometric bends and flat surfaces melt away as your eye follows the softly curving edges. Balance comes from the juxtaposition of cold steel with the warmth of natural oak. Balance is making a split steel backrest that acts like a spring, creating cushion while maintaining its slim profile. One sit and we’re sure you will feel as passionately about this chair as we do.

The design of the WOODY chair has a subtly “vintage” aroma, as a tribute to the classic wooden slatted chair, it strives for the balance between essential concepts such as lightness, functionality, ergonomics, and respect for the environment, with others such as resistance, both indoors and outdoors, durability, and ease of maintenance. In the WOODY chair we have worked with complex curves and natural shapes such as that of a drop of mercury or a pebble, looking for the effect in the rigid plastic of an upholstered polyurethane foam, a soft shape that suggests comfort just by looking at it, before sitting down in it.

This dining chair is available in two colors. It features velvet upholstery with polyester fiberfill padding, a multi-layer solid wood backrest veneered with beech wood, and electroplated metal legs. The combination of multi-layer solid wood and electroplated legs provides stable load-bearing capacity. The curved backrest follows the human body for a comfortable fit. The design is modern minimalist with a soft padded cushion and multiple color choices, allowing for flexible combinations and versatile style matching. The ergonomically comfortable backrest features an arc-shaped design that follows the body's natural curve when leaning back, preventing the lower back from feeling unsupported while relieving back pressure and improving comfort for prolonged sitting. The armrests are crafted from multi-layer solid wood veneered with beech wood, offering a smooth and delicate finish with fluid arcs and a premium quality feel. The stackable design saves space—when not in use, chairs can be stacked together and placed in a corner, maximizing space utilization. The electroplated metal legs are safe, stable, resistant to deformation, durable, and anti-corrosion, maintaining long-lasting brightness and creating a flexible space.
