We bought this to replace the cheap 19+ year old recliner that our Bernese Mt Dogs have claimed as their throne all this time It was old, stinky, broken and long past its pull date. I chose this chair because it looked sturdy (it IS!) and had padded arms. Our current Princess is a bit wary of her new throne, but in another day or so I am sure will she will have it claimed. The only problem was the FedEx driver who literally grunted at me when I asked how much it weighed, rolled it out of his truck into my driveway, then grunted again when I said thank you as he got into the truck and peeled out. The chairs are large and comfortable. The leather is soft but not the softest of leathers. As far as quality, this is a mid-quality leather product. The chairs I received don’t look exactly as they are shown on the site, specifically the back rest (see picture). Expect a a wrinkled softer look. Also, the back rest is attached to the chair which prevents me from readjusting the inside or adding more filling. I would not pay full price for this chair but I am satisfied for what I got them for. Wayfair stands behind their products and customer service is top notch. The delivery crew was also outstanding..
