Granite August Grove® Kitchen Islands & Carts

This kitchen cart optimizes your meal prep area with its clean-lined rectangular surface and interior storage. It's made from engineered wood with a sleek, neutral finish, and it rests on four turned, tapered feet for a traditional touch. You're able to swap the feet with lockable caster wheels that are included if you want a mobile cart. An upper drawer and a lower cabinet with double doors feature raised paneling and metal hardware, while within is ample space for utensils and appliances. A granite countertop and a pair of towel bars complete the design.

The cart assembled does look beautiful but it is a little wobbly like most ppl state and also the granite I understand has its imperfections but it has Teo large spots on it which take away from its beauty that are quite noticeable. Also the item is overpriced on way fair much cheaper elsewhere but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock right at this moment so my order was cancelled and I needed it ASAP so I had to pay more to get it as wayfair Had in stock. Overall item still nice just thought with its imperfections it would have been more appropriate at a lower price.. D. Naples, FL. Sat Sep 26 2020

Style, function, and quality make this kitchen island a wise addition to your home.

Easy to assemble and overall satisfied with the island. Took away a star because one of the side panels was broken when removing it from the box I had to glue it and wait for the glue to dry before assembling. Also, the rollers on the drawers were somewhat bent and one of the drawers doesn’t close properly unless you really force it.. Katie. Ontario. Wed Jul 01 2026

Hubby assembler says it wasnt too bad do accomplish (a lot of parts, granit top quite heavy). I absolutely love this island in our one car garage converted to a kitchen. I added decorative paint to the piece. Plenty of storage, towel rack, spice bar and knobs are essential. Wheels lock for safety. I am a happy customer.. Celestine. Hopewell Junction Ny. Nice quality piece of furniture. The granite top looks darker online, but like another customer stated, could be just the differences in the natural granite. Mine was more of a light cream colored. I purchased the kitchen island in the European Cherry, and it smells like it was just stained prior to it being shipped. It is beautiful and worth every penny! I am using it as a coffee station. What you don't see in these pictures, because I have this up against a wall, is that there is another set of cabinet doors on the other side so that you can get to the cabinet on either side of this kitchen island. The full-service delivery was exceptional! Very pleasant two young men delivered this piece of furniture without any issues. Thank you, Wayfair, this was my first time making a purchase with you and everything was better than expected.. Alisa. Murrells Inlet, SC. Thu Apr 17 2025

I love my kitchen island. I ordered cinnamon red and it is gorgeous!. Patricia. Shippensburg, PA. Sun Jul 17 2016

We like this cart but the granite top is not secured to the bottom half of the island. Also, the cabinet doors don't close properly so we've tried to adjust the hinges and one side is fine but we can't seem to get the other side to close without the doors rubbing each other. We will most likely have to sand the doors down and paint. Other than the couple of issues we found, it's a fair product for the price.. Nita. Glen Ellyn, IL. Thu Feb 02 2017

This kitchen island brings extra storage and prep space to the heart of your home. Something we love about this kitchen island is the sturdy base and the subtle, traditional-turned details. They come together for a classic feeling of home. It has a counter with an overhang that comfortably seats two of your family members while they enjoy a bowl of cereal or a quick pizza dinner. The other section of the countertop has an inlay that gives you a great spot to chop veggies or meal prep. Best of all, it arrives with two matching stools that are just the right height.

I love my island. It’s beautiful. It’s exactly what I wanted. Wayfair did a really good job getting it to me delivering it. Thank you so much to Wayfair.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 23 2026

With all the clutter that can happen on your kitchen counters, it's easy to run out of prep space and spots to stow gadgets. Thankfully, adding a cart like this adds a handy surface with much-needed storage to your kitchen. Crafted from a solid bamboo base, this piece is capped with a granite surface perfect for chopping vegetables or serving up snacks. And with a basket and two open shelves, this piece is a great option for tucking away kitchen clutter. This piece also arrives with wheels, so it can be rolled away when not in use.

This is exactly what I needed to hold my mini wine fridge. It was easy to put this together and its very sturdy.. Anonymous. Corona, CA. Thu Apr 16 2020
