Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Ottomans lift for hidden storage – perfect for blankets and toys. Assembly is tool‑free: U‑brackets snap together by hand in minutes. All cushion covers zip off for machine washing. Wide armrests double as a nap pillow. Expand or reconfigure anytime.

We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Fri Aug 21 2026
