I actually bought two pieces of furniture before this one. They turned out to be good quality and no damage. But this one I got a mishap. The very top piece or the crown (#1 on the part list) has some damage when I received. I attached three photos so that you can see. Two of them show the damage at one corner, for comparison the third one shows an undamaged side at the opposite corner. The top half is positioned upside down during assembly, that is why you see the crown on the floor in my photos. I also noticed slight color difference between the side board and the trim. Even though they are both white, the tone is slightly different. Don't know whether it was because of mismatched batches or the difference in material. I do see that the side board and trim using different materials. Thought some customers may be sensitive to minor color difference, like myself, so it is worth pointing out. Overall I give this five stars since I cannot prove whether the damage was by the shipping barrier or by the manufacturer.. Anonymous. Tue May 12 2026

I redid one of a granddaughter's bedroom for a very special event--she is 13 and as a teen deserves a teen space rather than the little girl space she has had since she was 3 years old. We designed it together and measured twice for every piece of furniture I bought--all from Wayfair. This book case was exactly the size we needed-- simple design, fit perfectly, easy to assemble, sturdy, and the quality is great for the price.. Lee. Stevenson, MD. Thu Sep 10 2026
