We really like the desk and the installer did a great job. Our only issue is that we asked if there was a lip on the keyboard and we were told "The Latitude Run 59" desk features a flat, lip-free keyboard tray designed to slide out smoothly rather than adjust in height or tilt". That is incorrect, there is a lip which I suppose helps the keyboard from sliding off but, it is also very uncomfortable while typing for any length of time. We never had any problems with our keyboard coming off the tray with any of our other desks. We were very disappointed receiving that incorrect info, so only 4 stars.. Susan. Sheboygan, WI. The assembly instructions were incorrect in a few places, which was frustrating. Luckily, I had assembled a similar desk before and was able to figure it out using my intuition. The top is a heavy board that is edge and finger joint glued together and finished in veneer. The legs are also fingerjointed boards. It generally looks nice, but the finish is quite sloppy. there are some rough spots where it was not thoroughly sanded too. I purchased this table because it was on sale.
