The assembly instructions were incorrect in a few places, which was frustrating. Luckily, I had assembled a similar desk before and was able to figure it out using my intuition. We really like the desk and the installer did a great job. Our only issue is that we asked if there was a lip on the keyboard and we were told "The Latitude Run 59" desk features a flat, lip-free keyboard tray designed to slide out smoothly rather than adjust in height or tilt". That is incorrect, there is a lip which I suppose helps the keyboard from sliding off but, it is also very uncomfortable while typing for any length of time. We never had any problems with our keyboard coming off the tray with any of our other desks. We were very disappointed receiving that incorrect info, so only 4 stars.. Susan. Sheboygan, WI.
