Love the appearance and quality of this product.. Anonymous. Morton Grove, IL. Wed Mar 10 2021

Sometimes you just need something simple and straightforward. Our writing desk is just that, giving you lots of workspace and a modern rustic feel. It's crafted from solid and engineered wood with a brownish gray finish that highlights natural grain variation for a more organic vibe. Three understated drawers make it easy to tuck away pens, papers, and more. With subtly curved corners, the rectangular table top stretches 70" wide, so there's plenty of room for your laptop and a reading lamp.

Desk is very attractive. But the drawers are a little wonky. They are push to open and the mechanism on one drawer isn't working. One drawer is out of alignment and not lining up properly. Hoping my husband can adjust and fix it.. Rachel. Edwards, CO. Tue Jun 09 2026

This solid wood desk brings plenty of natural warmth to your home office or workspace. The desktop features a clear lacquer finish that protects the wood's natural tone, while the cracks and knots give it lots of rustic character. Our hickory furniture is built by master craftsmen in the mountains of central Pennsylvania and is constructed using the highest quality materials and finishes producing heirloom pieces that are good-looking, practical, and durable.

Beautiful desk! Very sturdy construction and hand crafted. Putting together was a breeze by adding each leg, which was numbered, to the corresponding numbered corner. It came shipped in two packages. The table top was nicely packaged and protected. The legs were all thrown in one package together, not wrapped. That would be my only complaint, is that they could have been packaged better for shipment. Otherwise, we love this desk and are looking at purchasing the coffee table and end table because we were so impressed with craftsmanship and quality with this piece!. Amanda. Hulbert, OK. Some of the characteristics you’ll find in every piece of our furniture include natural differences in color shading variations due to variables in the wood grain density, accentuated by hand-applied distressing. Season cracks and knots are markings that are natural responses, not manufacturing defects, and do not affect the strength and integrity of the individual piece. Our hand-crafted joinery and staining by our skilled artisans make each piece a unique work of art. This desk is a great addition to any workspace, whether at home or at work. Having open shelves adds extra room and functionality, whether you need it for hobbies, work from home, or just a place to store your computer.

Made from kiln-dried Hickory selectively harvested from Tennessee forests.

Desk is in our Adirondack style family room...where it fits in very nicely with other furniture from the same manufacturer...and Wayfair, as well as rustic decorations. It's like living in the country... but only 30 minutes from Manhattan. Heavy and very well made. Suitable for any home or lodge. This has the thick liquid glass coated top which is like a shiny bar-top...impervious but not as natural looking as our matching tables without this finish. Hand made in USA and a good value..
