So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

We love this boneless loveseat! It’s firm yet has soft fabric. It looks so nice in our apartment. The “boneless” aspect makes shipping and assembly a breeze — it comes vacuum shrunk and sealed so that once the wrapping is removed it opens into a ready-to-go sofa! Pretty great for a first couch!. Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

We love the chair. It was easy to put together and fits well within the area we had wanted to place it. We anchored it by a wall since the sides do not connect together. I would say if you were using this without a wall bracing it, you may find that it is not very supportive but for us, we have it within a corner nook in our bedroom. Added a rug and a few touches to make this a cozy reading chair.. Sarah . Massachusetts. Fri Aug 21 2026
