The chair looks great and is very soft and comfortable. However, I was sure I ordered black so that was very disappointing. As well as how low it is. I’m torn about this product… the good qualities are great, but the bad qualities are super lame. Assembly was easy enough for one person. The vacuum sealed packaging method was effective and impressive - the cushions easily tripled in size after opening. The couch cushions are comfy but very bouncy which is weird.
