UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim. Works well in my space. It is NOT 73". It is 68". The description needs to be revised. The sofa would have been too big. If you're a large person, the seat cushions will sink in about three inches, lowering the overall height of the seat. I do love the fact that they are very firm. It makes it easier on these old knees to get up! The throw pillows are HUGE! I won't be using them as they take up the entire seating area. The reversible cushions are a definite plus. A really good couch. The individual sections lock into one another - unlike many shipped sofas these days. Assembly is easy and couch went together in under an hour. You basically attach the arms and back pieces via sliding pieces into one another. It's on the firmer side. Like that it's not super deep though. Height is very low, legs have it almost on the ground - so there's no storage underneath. One downside is t he material does look more like a corduroy - which wasn't clear in photos or description.
