I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable.
