A second issue was two of the chairs were missing sliders on the legs. Wayfair said parts were not available leaving me to arrange repair for chairs that took 3 months to receive.. Joseph. Omaha, NE. Ordered four chairs for my 42 inch, round table. They arrived quickly and were packed unbelievably well - they had a light fabric cover over the entire back and seat (tied underneath to keep it in place) and styrofoam-like tubes around each leg. They don’t wobble, the velvet is nice and the beige is more on the taupe side. Very happy with my purchase!. Jennifer. Cleveland, OH. Wed Jan 03 2024

I bought 6 chairs, but have not opened all boxes yet. The shipping process was very efficient. I got an email telling me the date and time of arrival, and on the delivery day I got a call an hour before delivery. The call gave me the opportunity to provide information to the driver as to where to park and the flight of stairs to the delivery area. The shipping crew was professional and extra careful. Excellent work!!! I’m delighted with the shipping service and the quality of the chairs. Thank you!. Marilza. Wed Aug 19 2026
