I love this chair. It's VERY firm but I like that. The color is the punch that the room needed. I did get a memory foam topper for comfort for when it's used as a bed. The bed is also super low so if your guests have mobility issues, it probably would might not work as a guest bed. I bought bed risers for an upcoming visit. Hopefully that will help. Partial assembly is required: Just attach the legs and you're good to go.

Sofa itself arrived in good shape. We were not notified ahead as to time of delivery as is stated on Wayfair's site but that is what we expect from FedEX Ground typically. Description says the fabric is Microfiber/Microsuede-we were hoping for microsuede, but it is a microfiber, woven but smooth. Color is accurate and it was fairly easy to assemble. Sits very firm, sleeper mechanism works well, urban, modern look to it. Time will tell as far as how the foam holds up, and how well spots and stains are to remove. Overall, exactly as expected..
