Our sit & stand desk can offer you different heights making it possible for you to flexibly change working postures, which is essential to reduce the pressure on the spine and embrace a healthier way of working. Dual premium gas rods ensure smooth and quiet rise lifting by means of the levers under the tabletop. Say goodbye to long hours of sitting, and end the day feeling energized!

Just like advertised. Easy updown, easy to assemble, love the warm light tones. It might even be able to handle the 34” extra wide curved monitor (but that’s an unexpected surprise). I am excited to wheel this baby all over the house (without the monitor of course) and especially to the courtyard on warm days. The only reason it got a 4-star rather than a 5-start review is the fact that the top is very obviously plastic. Not one of those wood looking I can maybe fool you plastics. Wish they did a slightly better job. I would have paid more for a more wood-like top OR I would have appreciated if they didn’t even try and just made it light grey to match the wheels and connectors.. Olya. Palo Alto, CA. I LOVE this adjustable desk. I only wish I bought it a year ago. I have been sitting way too long at my desk during the pandemic and this has been a back saver. I stood for 2.5 hours the first day of using it and so far 2 hours today. It's easy to assemble - just 4 screws to attach the keyboard tray and voila - you're done! It's very easy to lift - the first time is a bit of a challenge just until you get the mechanism engaged and going forward it's a breeze. There's plenty of room on the top shelf for my large monitor and my laptop and my keyboard and mouse fit great on the bottom tray. I love the white as my desk is white and it's not obtrusive.
