This bed was great since the room it was placed had limited outlets - having the USB jacks resolved that issue. The fasteners for each metal bar made everything fit nice and snug, adding to a sturdy base for our mattress. Set up took a bit longer than expected but it is a cool set. I don't like the drawers as they are not really connected in any way, just on wheels, so, they don't really align correctly unless you put them in correctly. Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. I struggle get the hook lined up and set in the slot to close them. Do not recommend if you have a bad back or mobility issues. The light is great if you like a bit of a night light.. M. Madison, WI.
