This is a really nice island. I love the design of it and all the storage options. The top leaf extension is nice and I like how it opens and closes. My biggest complaint is the wheels. I would have given this island 5 stars , even with the little scratches, after all it came from China, eventually to my house in non broken pieces. And there probably wouldn’t have been any scratches if the green paint wasn’t so thin . The design is very nice, the engineering is impressive, all the holes lined up perfectly , unit fit together well, Instructions were pretty clear. The major thing was the back of the island , it is 4 very thin panels that were held together by sliding the panels up into a little black strip. Some one sitting on that side eventually would swing a foot into to it , don’t know about holding together, we’ll see .
