Received my sofa today and it’s great! I really think there’s pretty good quality. The only complaint is the skirt is a little wrinkled on the left side. I’m hoping with some steam pressing and time it will straighten out. The qualities is good delivery was excellent only took a month and it ended up being cheaper than buying it on Birch Lane!. I was a little nervous ordering the sofas sight unseen. One of the reasons I bought this particular sofa is because of the way they’re made. The eight way hand tied spring design is said to be the most durable, extending the longevity of the sofas. The delivery guys and I were a little confused when we first unpackaged them because the cushions were so large we thought they wouldn’t look right on the frame but once they put the slip covers on, it all came together beautifully. I love the partial down fill in the cushions as well. I could not be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend the “white glove” delivery, it was a lot of work trying to get the humongous cushions into the covers and the guys took such care of my new sofas!
