It is exactly how the description describes it , fits about 3 rifles and has a small shelf at the top for storage over all I’m good with it it was what I expected. Anonymous. Sun Aug 09 2026

Keep handguns, ammunition, shooting accessories, documents, and other valuables neatly organized in one slim storage cabinet. Made from solid cold-rolled steel, this cabinet features a reinforced lockable door and a sturdy, substantial feel for dependable everyday use. Multiple removable shelves allow the interior layout to be adjusted for ammunition boxes, optics, handguns, and personal items, while five door-mounted organizers provide convenient storage for magazines and smaller accessories. Measuring 59.1" H × 14.6" W × 15.7" D, the narrow vertical profile offers generous storage without taking up excessive floor space, making it suitable for closets, bedrooms, home offices, and garages. Assembly is required, and the simple structure, clearly labeled parts, and included instructions support quick installation. One adult can typically complete cabinet assembly in approximately 30 minutes, making it a practical option for both men and women. Pre-drilled mounting points also allow the cabinet to be secured to a wall or floor for added stability.

Overall the cabinet is a good quality. Finish is a black texture that hides finger prints well. Door is solid with one keyed lock securing it. Door is mounted on internal, spring loaded posts top and bottom. You can remove the door if needed. A nice touch is the 5 internal shelves on the door back. They measure 9.5" x 1.6". Front door is solid feeling. Side panels have some flex. Back panel seems to flex more than the sides. This is a concern since you mount the cabinet using the back panel. I added large 2" washers to the bolts going into the wall. This helps but I plan to watch how much weight I place in the cabinet.. Judi. Twin Cities, MN. Mon Sep 28 2026

Designed for light-duty firearm storage and everyday organization, this KAER 3-5 gun cabinet arrives fully assembled so you can place it and use it right out of the box—no complicated installation required. Its slim metal frame fits easily in closets, bedrooms, garages, offices, or utility spaces, while the digital keypad and backup keys provide convenient access. Inside, the removable top shelf and door storage pockets help keep rifles, handguns, ammo boxes, and small accessories neatly arranged in one compact cabinet.

I like this little gun safe, but it’s definitely smaller and more lightweight than I expected. If your guns have scopes, fitting more than one can be a little tricky because there just isn’t much room inside. I would not count on comfortably fitting 1-2 scoped guns in it.( non Scoped should be fine). The keypad is convenient , and the safe has a little light that comes on when opened. It comes with battey backup pack, 2- keys and a nice accessory case. Its the pefect size to store guns for home protection. Big time game hunters will not be happy with this.. Kelli. FL. Our in-wall safe, designed for 16” stud centers, discreetly secures documents, passports, jewelry, cash, firearms, meds, and heirlooms. Its spacious interior and concealable size offer ideal protection.

A separate locking compartment provides organized storage for handguns, ammunition, and valuables, while the pry-resistant design helps protect against unauthorized access. Ideal for responsible firearm storage at home.

My husband has always wanted a gun safe that wasn't too heavy but still gets the job done, and this one fits the bill. It's set up in his gun closet and holds his rifles with room to spare, and the separate locking top compartment is handy for keeping cases and accessories organized apart from the long guns. The keypad entry is convenient, and the whole unit feels solid without being a beast to move into place. It does exactly what we needed.. Elana. US. Sat Jul 04 2026

I was really excited to get this on Wayfair! It came super fast (like a week) and was ready to go. Its a good size, wont fit everything we need but it works for our use. It fits well in the storage space and we are happy with this overall.. Becca. Welches, OR. Thu Jan 22 2026

Discover a gentler approach to firearm safety with our compact 5-rifle safe. It combines robust protection with a surprisingly slim and stylish design that fits seamlessly into your living space. Perfect for discreet placement in a bedroom closet or study, this safe requires no tools to set up. With added conveniences like quiet-open mode and gentle interior lighting, it’s the thoughtful solution for securely storing what matters most.

Although it was packaged well, it somehow came with a small dent in the side (see picture). While this does not affect the cabinet’s purpose in any way, it was a gift for my husband and it just found this disappointing. Other than that, it is very nice overall. Not oversized and comes completely assembled. The inside is done very nicely with an eye towards maximizing the space for rifles, pistols, magazines and ammo. Both keys and code unlock it with ease. I really like that they included the bolts to enable solid mounting against a wall. My husband is very happy with it.. Patricia Gayle. Tyler, TX. Mon Aug 10 2026

Four rifles and four handguns, one secure footprint. This black steel gun safe opens with a fingerprint, a keypad code, or 2 backup keys, and the external battery box keeps the lock working through a flat battery. Adjustable racks carry long guns up to 47 inches tall, 4 pistol pockets line the door, and 2 adjustable shelves plus a keyed lockbox above sort scopes, ammo, and documents. Choose alarm mode for deterrence or silent mode for late nights, and let the motion-sensor LED light show you the right shelf in a dark corner. At 82.5 lbs of steel, pre-drilled holes anchor it to a wall or floor so it stays put. Ships with a fire-resistant bag, gloves, and a magnetic screwdriver. Overall: 57" H x 21.7" W x 15.8" D.

My husband loves this gun safe! It does require assembly, but thankfully it was fairly easy to put together. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and has a ton of storage. He especially likes the adjustable shelves and the extra lockable compartment inside, which is great for keeping smaller items or valuables separate and secure. The biometric fingerprint lock is another really nice feature and makes accessing the safe quick and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised that it came with a fireproof pouch for storing important documents. That was a thoughtful extra that makes the safe even more useful. Overall, we’re really happy with it. There’s plenty of room, the storage can be customized, and all the extra security and organization features make it a great value.. Melanie. Greenville, IN. Simple assembly although some difficult angles to start some screws. Overall height does not allow for some barrels which I had not measured. Had to skip the top shelf as a result. Very nice for the low price. Anonymous. Tue Aug 11 2026

One cabinet, two sizes. Choose 4 long gun + 4 handgun capacity for personal collections, or step up to 8 long gun + 4 handgun capacity for full home-defense lineups. Both options share the same 3-in-1 lock system — fingerprint, digital keypad, and key — plus anti-theft alarm, magnetic LED interior light, felt-lined interior, and included wall anchors for tip-over protection. Built from cold-rolled steel for responsible, organized firearm storage.

This safe offers impressive size and capacity for the price point, with an adjustable rifle rack that accommodates multiple rifle styles and dedicated door storage for pistols and accessories. The most thoughtful touch is the external battery compartment — if the internal battery ever dies, you can still unlock the safe digitally or with your fingerprint instead of relying on the key. Its worth noting the safe itself is not fireproof, but it comes with a fireproof envelope for important documents, plus a battery-operated motion-detector light you can mount anywhere (all pictured). Assembly is required, and all hardware is included. Having an electric impact driver or screwdriver makes the job much easier.. Jennifer. Sun Sep 27 2026

My husband loved it. Kinda small but still perfect. Anonymous. Sun Jun 28 2026

Keep a handgun and small valuables organized in a compact, low-profile safe designed for flexible everyday placement. This KAER portable handgun safe offers three access methods—fingerprint recognition, a 4–6 digit PIN code, and a hidden emergency keyhole—with storage for up to 20 fingerprints. A gas-strut-assisted lid opens smoothly, while the built-in LED light and soft foam lining provide better visibility and added protection for stored items. Silent mode, an incorrect-entry alarm, a low-battery reminder, an included safety cable, and two bottom mounting holes support secure and convenient use at home, in an office, or in a vehicle where permitted.

We’re really impressed with this safe. It has a good amount of interior space—we currently have one handgun, but there’s definitely enough room for two along with a few other items. The construction feels genuinely heavy duty and secure, not thin or flimsy. I also like having multiple ways to access it with the fingerprint reader, keypad, and backup keys. The interior padding is a nice touch as well. Overall, it feels well made, sturdy, and exactly what we were looking for for secure storage.. Whitney. Kathleen, GA. Mon Sep 14 2026

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this gun safe for the price. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together well. Once assembled and anchored to the wall, it feels sturdy and secure. The adjustable shelving makes it easy to customize the interior, and I like having the pistol pockets on the door to keep handguns and accessories organized. The keypad works well, and having backup keys gives us a little extra peace of mind. If you're looking for an affordable way to securely store your firearms and keep them out of the hands of children or unauthorized users, this is an excellent value. Just be sure to anchor it as recommended for the best stability. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.. Debbie. Sat Jul 04 2026

This KAER gun safe features a spacious, multi-zone interior for organizing rifles, pistols, ammunition, valuables, and accessories. Its assembly-required design provides more usable storage space than many fully assembled cabinets. A subtle printed pattern creates a clean, understated look that blends easily into bedrooms, offices, closets, or garages. Fingerprint, keypad, backup key, and emergency power access provide convenient entry. Secure the cabinet to a solid wall using the rear mounting holes to improve stability and help prevent tipping.

Good basic safe for keeping firearms secure from children I’m satisfied with this safe for what it is. Assembly took approximately two hours, so be prepared to spend some time putting it together. Once assembled, it feels reasonably sturdy and does what I purchased it to do. The electronic lock is a nice convenience and makes accessing the safe much easier than dealing with a traditional key lock. The primary purpose for me is keeping firearms safely secured and out of the hands of curious children, and I believe it accomplishes that well. That said, buyers should have realistic expectations about the level of security this safe provides. It is not a high-security safe designed to withstand a determined thief, and it offers no fire protection whatsoever. I would consider it a good option for basic firearm storage and keeping unauthorized family members from accessing firearms, but I would look at a much heavier and more robust safe if theft or fire protection is a major concern. Overall, it’s a good value for its intended purpose, but it’s important to understand what you are and are not getting.. Liz. Virginia Beach, VA. Mon Sep 14 2026

Take your firearm security to the next level with the Gun Safe: The gun safe combines large capacity storage, a smart password lock, a heavy-duty anti-pry structure, and an alarm system to ensure the safety and quick access of your firearms, meeting your dual needs for security and convenience.

I was genuinely impressed with the packaging. Each piece was individually wrapped and had a metal frame inside the box to prevent damage. Unfortunately it quickly went down hill from there. I received zero instructions so an estimated 20 minute assembly turned into 2 hours. Each of the pieces are held in with just self-tappets while majority of the holes do not line up. Make sure you have a drill/bits because I cant imagine using the provided screw driver to drive the screws into place. I wouldn't trust this to keep my firearms safe at all. Caution: The cabinet will begin to tip towards the operator with the door open when empty.. Anonymous. Thu Apr 16 2026

Keep your firearms secure and organized with this robust 52" gun safe, designed to accommodate 8 to 12 rifles, shotguns, or pistols. The anti-theft alarm adds an extra layer of security, alerting you to any tampering attempts. A built-in LED light illuminates the interior, making it easy to locate your firearms even in low-light conditions. The wall-mountable design gives you the flexibility to anchor the cabinet securely to a wall, further deterring theft or tipping. Whether placed in a bedroom, closet, or garage, this gun safe is an ideal solution for responsible firearm storage at home.

Absolutely love this little safe. We needed something small for our master closet that we could store cash, valuables and a few guns for quick access. We searched and searched and yes they’ve much larger firer proof safes out there but we just needed something small to keep in the closet that would give us quick access and the keep the kids safe from guns stored in the house. This is an elegant piece that will fit in any space and does the job. It is super light. I’m a 5’5”, 130pds, female and can drag it around. But it does come with hardware to mount it to the wall making it much harder for someone to just grab your safe and run. And our closet is an elegant walk-in with glass cabinets and chandeliers so we needed a safe that complimented the space. This one does just that. It would also look beautiful free standing in an office setting. Overall if you need something for a small space this will do the job. Will it hold most southerns’ gun collections, probably not, but if you’re looking for something to keep things close to you at night or tucked away in a small space this is perfect in that application. It also came packaged very well, not a scratch on it, and easy to unpack.. Christina. Mandveille, LA. Thu Oct 01 2026

This is heavy metal! See how thick the lid is? I have some other cheap gun safes but those are like tin-can to this one. It is solid heavy, 12 gauge steel I guess? Surprised for this price. Big enough for my 2 guns and clips. Programming is simple and straight-forward, easy to use. Fingerprint works well, the spring lid pops up pretty quick. You can turn sounds off pretty easy by a button click, very convenient. Love it. Greg. NJ. Mon Apr 20 2026

I want to start off by saying this is my 4th purchase from Wayfair and it has been the only delivery with a hiccup. My safe arrived with a few black marks on the exterior and the inside needed some cleaning, so the delivery wasn’t perfect. But honestly, the way Sanctuary handled it is exactly why I’m leaving five stars. I reached out to customer service and they immediately gave me options they would arrange to take the safe back and issue a full refund, or I could keep it and receive 20 off my purchase. I decided to keep it because the safe itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I asked if they could tell me the paint color so I could touch up the marks myself, and instead, they offered to send me a bottle of matching paint. Things don’t always arrive perfectly. To me, what matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I dealt with actual humans who were helpful, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make it right. The safe is beautiful, I’m happy with my purchase, and based on the customer service alone, I would absolutely purchase from Sanctuary again and recommend them to others. Designed to store up to 8 long guns, this 57-inch biometric gun safe combines fingerprint, digital password, and mechanical key access with 2 backup keys. Inside, 2 adjustable shelves and 2 adjustable gun rests organize rifles, while a top divider adds a keyed lock box and an open storage shelf. The door interior carries 4 pistol holsters, 2 storage pockets with 1 zippered, a row of hooks, and a warning label. A battery-powered motion sensor light mounts magnetically, and felt lining protects the base. Built with a 0.7mm steel body and a 1.1mm steel door with 3 locking bolts, this knock-down cabinet includes 6 wall-anchor holes, a fireproof bag, and an emergency battery box. Batteries are not included.

This is a very heavy duty safe. While I did not specifically order it for gun storage, it would be a very secure option if you did. The door with the lock is very heavy. It is safely a two person job, but one stronger person could probably get it done as far as assembly goes. There are flannel pads to protect the items you store inside as well as a smaller internal locking compartment. There are also hanging compartments for inside of the door for smaller items. The pattern on the front of the door is also really beautiful. Had almost an art deco feel to it.. Sarah. Huntersville, NC. Thu Oct 01 2026

This safe is better than what I expected. I got this safe to keep some family inherited firearms organized and safely stored. The construction is of good quality. Assembly and instructions were thorough. Took about 2 hours. The locking mechanism is very good with keys, code or biometric options. Good storage inside with optional shelf placement and I like that the door has pockets for storage as well. Great safe and would make a great gift. 5 stars. Anonymous. Fri Sep 18 2026
