We love this table!! The quality is way better than we expected. The table is heavy and solid. I love that there are only 2 legs. The sand catcher is great. Plus, it is gorgeous. Honestly, I was nervous when we ordered this. It was our first ever order with Wayfair and it was such a large item and very heavy. We understood the complexity of the order, delivery and assembly but we gave it a shot. Everything worked out great. This products packaging was exceptional! Basically triple layered carboard with hard fiberboard reinforcements at every point, very solid construction. Be prepared for a couple trips to recycling. The delivery team placed it exactly where we wanted it in our house, I recommend paying for that service as this unit weighs about 230 lbs. PLUS the 2nd box with the legs. . We started assembly with it upside down on aluminum saw horses and after assembling the legs realized we could flip the table over and install the legs from the underside much easier than installing them when it was up side down. If you install the base legs when it is upside down, you just added another 140 lbs. +/- to lift, to then flip it over! Use a couple pieces of 2x4, lift the leg onto them, then a couple shims to hold the leg up to the bottom of the table then insert the screws. Easy peasy! Tools: Razor blade to cut everything open and a 12mm socket and ratchet x 2 so the wife could help. :) Be sure to clean the surface, apply silicone and wipe dry then add the "sand". The unit does come with a small jar of sand but I would recommend ordering a larger bottle to have on hand. Great product, very happy thus far and it looks great in our newly remodeled game room.. Great table. Easy to put together. Must have at least 2 people or more to turn it over after putting the legs on. It is super heavy, which is not a bad thing because it’s sturdy. I had to call Wayfair because the lamas(a part underneath) were the wrong size and they immediately put me in touch with the manufacturer and the manufacturer asked for pics and I sent them right away and got an immediate response that the new parts were being shipped that day. The cradle walls are lined with a complimentary color carpeting to dampen sound. Weathered finishes are achieved by applying semi-transparent stains over a base color on natural wood to create an overtone color range. Finished wood that has naturally weathered outdoors will have varying degrees of intensity within the color range, however, no two boards will be the same. Grain density and lighting will also be a factor in how color is viewed depending upon the grain direction. This effect is by design and the images presented depict the overtone range for each weather color offered. The unique characteristics in grain patterns and color of natural wood, combined with the hand staining process, achieve the old weathered wood design concept of Playcraft weathered game tables. Color variations within an item and between items will exist and should be anticipated. The shuffleboard playfield logo style and/or position may vary.

District Mills A-Frame Shuffleboard Table is handmade by craftsmen at our workshop in Southern California, USA. The base of the A-Frame table is blackened steel. We source and hand-pick the most sustainable American oak & walnut for the playing fields. The playing field has an epoxy resin coating which is machined flat for ultimate glide. The leather we use for the gutters is sourced from US Cattle and processed at American tanneries. The leather is chocolate dyed, cut, and stitched locally.

I bought a 14 foot shuffleboard by District Mills. Is it gorgeous. However, Wayfair expected their hired delivery company to send two guys and a dolly to move a 14 foot, 750 pound table upstairs. Seemed understaffed, undermanned and outsized. No one ever would agree to this or pull this off. It would have been dangerous for those two movers to attempt the delivery. So they didn’t do it. Well, long story short, I am out $800 on delivery fees to get 4 men and the necessary equipment to safely deliver the table. After calling to request a refund for delivery, Wayfair did refund me the $19.95 that they were going to pay the delivery company. That’s ridiculous. Had concerns ordering this based on other reviews about fitment and overall quality, but I had no problem with either. The instructions are nowhere near as bad as I was expecting and only noticed two errors that were easy to figure out. Assembly took less than 4 hours with one person (2nd person helped for two minutes just to stand up table and move in place). As for the table itself, it is sturdy and plays very well.
