This is a very pretty dresser! I would have given it 5 stars, but this thing was a bear to put together. There are a ton of pieces but that's how it is when you get a decent sized piece of furniture. A few pieces came chipped but luckily those chips are on the inside so no one will see them. I would highly recommend two people putting this together. I started off by myself sitting on the living room floor but then had to finish with someone else helping. This dresser is kind of like going to the dentist. You know what your smile will look like at the end but dread the entire experience before and during. Once it's over, you're glad you went. There will be tiny white foam pieces all over so you'll need to wipe everything down elsewhere or be prepared to vacuum. The drawers roll out nicely but just make sure you have them in the right spot because they have their own little home. There are also these small plastic pieces you have to screw in to the back of the dresser to keep the cardboard backing in place. I just spaced them out evenly. On the metal tracks that come taped together with the wheels on them, you'll have to look closely because each one will have indented on them CL, DL (left side) and CR, DR (right side). I would recommend this dresser because it's pretty & functional but you'll have to like a project and not expect to get it finished in one day, unless you're a dresser slayer!. Sherry V.. Gorgeous dresser! Took my husband and I a total of four hours from unboxing to clean up. We recommend taking everything out of the box and making sure you have all the pieces and organizing them. Hardware and Assembly Instructions Included

Ive always had good results ordering from the George Oliver brand. Bed frame was everything I expected it to be. Fairly simple to assemble by myself too. Ive had bedframes in the past where you needed to screw the slats into the side of the frame which was annoying and made it impossible to survive multiple moves. Really appreciated the Velcro and dowel system with this frame. My only complaint would be I received nothing to cover the mounting holes. The holes on the top of the frame and side are left exposed. I dont really care at the end of the day, but makes it feel less finished. The slats felt a little thinner than I would have liked them to. Its fine for me and my partner of a healthy weight but if someone heavier were to slam onto the bed from a long day, Im not sure how well those would hold up over time. Definitely dont jump on the bed. Other fun activities have been tested and approved. Sturdy headboard... Overall, satisfied with the purchase. Sleeps comfortably with no squeaking, feels solid, lots of room underneath for storage.. Murph. Chicago. Mon Sep 07 2026
