We love this couch! It is perfect for our basement lounge/office area and can also function as a guest bed! Sofa itself arrived in good shape. We were not notified ahead as to time of delivery as is stated on Wayfair's site but that is what we expect from FedEX Ground typically. Description says the fabric is Microfiber/Microsuede-we were hoping for microsuede, but it is a microfiber, woven but smooth. Color is accurate and it was fairly easy to assemble. Sits very firm, sleeper mechanism works well, urban, modern look to it. Time will tell as far as how the foam holds up, and how well spots and stains are to remove. Overall, exactly as expected..
