This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. This is quite the office chair! It arrived in two boxes and it was pretty quick and easy to put together. The leather like material feels soft and smooth and thick. I do like the beige color. It's pretty in my modern light colored home office. The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm a taller woman and the headrest and footrest work really well for me. The chair seat itself is large and I can even sit on the chair cross legged if I want to. The biggest downside for me and the reason I took one star away is that the arm rests aren't adjustable. They are comfortable when reclined but when sitting straight up, they're way too short for comfort. I find myself leaning on one side or the other to reach the armrest and it really messes with the ergonomics of the chair. If they had figured out a way to make those adjustable it would have been a 10 out of 10 office chair. I do love the recline option and the chair feels high quality.. Danielle. Richmond, VA.
