The wheels glide effortlessly on hard flooring or low pile carpet. The chairs feature great support with the ability to tilt slightly backward and a plush seat cushion that is very comfortable. The faux leather upholstery looks and feels durable. My only problem with this set of chairs is in the construction. The back of the chair has an indentation to hold the arm rest in place. Unfortunately, this piece can pop out of place and needs to be re-seated into the indentation on the back of the chair. Hence the reason for deducting 1 star.. Wendy. St Augustine, FL.
