Shipped very fast and comes in a single - albeit odd shaped - box. It was packed really well and protected well. Assembly is very straightforward (just the 4 legs screwed in with small bolts) but it was a little challenging as others have pointed out not all the screw holes line up perfectly but overall not a huge issue. This is such a cool chair made of high quality steel, wood and leather. It looks like something straight out of Madmen set. AND its very comfortable. My wife was not a fan at first until she sat down in it and promptly commented I could read a book and fall asleep in this chair.
